About
I am a thirty-something female who in August of 2007 left a career in architecture in cold Colorado for a new adventure in living in tropical destination Panama. We came with an inclination to build a house of our own design and attempt to live somewhat slower, by growing our own food and focus on our passions like writing, painting, cooking and gardening. During that process, I had intentions of documenting the process through the blog, but found myself working much too much on the house building project, learning Spanish and just trying to adjust to the changes. The house is complete, though projects and stories are yet to be told. Here I will write about my life as an artist, architect and human being.
